RN Manager Labor & Delivery

Oversee daily operations, staffing, and strategic planning for Labor & Delivery and Postpartum/Nursery units to ensure regulatory compliance with State, TJC, CMS, and AHCA standards. Coordinate services, manage budgeting, and conduct performance evaluations while partnering with physicians to improve patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes. Mentor staff through education and foster a culture of accountability across the 27 FTE team supporting approximately 1,500 annual births. Lead this full-time, day-shift role in Davie, FL, guiding a collaborative environment focused on maternal and newborn care excellence.
