Job Summary
Oversee a maternity/neonatal-focused nursing unit as RN Manager - L&D, Mother-Baby. Lead daily rounds with physicians, supervise nursing and ancillary staff, coordinate patient care, ensure safety and quality, manage staffing, scheduling, performance evaluations, and educational needs; drive patient, family, staff satisfaction; ensure compliance with regulatory standards; develop care plans and throughput from admission to discharge.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing required
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- AHA-NRP or ARC-NALS required
