Job Summary
RN Manager in Labor and Delivery and Mother-Baby leads a unit of frontline nurses and ancillary staff, schedules and coordinates daily activities, coaches staff, conducts rounds with physicians, ensures patient safety, quality of care, regulatory compliance, and performance improvement; builds infrastructure with unit champions; oversees staffing, education, and throughputs to optimize patient care.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing or equivalent combination of education/related experience
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AH policy
