Job Summary
Oversee 24/7 operations of the Kidney Dialysis/IV Therapy nursing unit with accountability for quality of care and patient outcomes. Lead and develop nursing staff, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, ensure a healing-focused environment, and drive continual improvement in clinical operations within a hospital setting. Requires a BSN, current Oregon RN license, BLS certification, and significant progressive leadership experience in nursing. Located on-site in Portland metro area with a focus on nephrology/dialysis services.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Oregon Registered Nurse License (RN)
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 5 years Nursing with experience in progressive leadership roles
