RN Manager Intensive Care Unit (ICU)

Lead and oversee daily ICU operations, staffing, and patient flow to ensure delivery of safe, high-quality nursing care aligned with evidence-based practices. Monitor clinical outcomes, regulatory compliance, and accreditation standards while coordinating interdisciplinary care across departments. Manage admissions, discharges, and throughput efficiency alongside staff scheduling, productivity, and competency alignment. Oversee unit budget, supplies, and equipment to identify cost-saving opportunities, and support staff engagement, development, and performance accountability. Deliver a consistent, high-quality patient and family experience within a mid–Senior level leadership role focused on clinical excellence and staff engagement.
