Job Summary
Nurse Manager responsible for leadership and daily operations of the Acute Care/CCU unit at Flower Hospital. Oversees staffing, compliance, safety, and quality measures; partners with leadership to plan and deliver high-quality patient care; interviews and hires new employees and coordinates their orientation with the Unit Clinical Educator. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in nursing, current state nursing license, and BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications. 40-hour workweek, Days shift, full-time. Experience in nursing and healthcare management (3+ years) and preferred Master’s degree with 3–5 years of management experience and specialty certifications.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree; Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Years of Experience: Minimum of 3 years in nursing
- License: Current license to practice professional nursing in the state in which you are working
- Certification: BLS, ACLS, PALS
Desired Qualifications
