Nurse Manager for the Family Birth Center oversees daily operations across Labor & Delivery, OB ED, OB Operating Room/Recovery, and Postpartum; leads safety, quality, and patient-centered care culture; partners with physicians, midwives, anesthesia, and interdisciplinary teams; manages staff performance, engagement, recruitment, and development; drives quality outcomes, regulatory compliance, and service line improvement; supports budget, productivity, and operational efficiency goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree - Nursing, or current enrollment in a BSN program.
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- 3 years - Acute care professional experience (within the last 7 years).
