Job Summary
RN Manager responsible for creating a safe, high-quality environment in the Family Birth Center. Leads and coordinates daily activities of nursing and ancillary staff, collaborates with charge nurses and physicians, schedules unit activities, and drives patient safety, satisfaction, and regulatory compliance. Builds teams, conducts rounds with physicians, oversees staffing and overtime, and facilitates throughput and care plans for optimal patient care.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: Required
