Job Summary
RN Manager of the Family Birth Center leads front-line nurses and ancillary staff to provide safe, patient-family-centered care; collaborates with physicians and leadership to optimize operational efficiency, patient safety, and staff development; coordinates unit activities, scheduling, and performance evaluations; drives quality, patient/family satisfaction, and regulatory compliance; conducts daily rounds with physicians and teams to coordinate care and revise care plans as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required
