RN Manager, Family Birth Center

RN Manager, Family Birth Center provides and oversees high-quality, safe patient care on a defined unit; leads and coordinates daily activities of nursing/ancillary staff; collaborates with physicians and leadership to improve patient safety, satisfaction, and outcomes; builds a high-performing clinical team, conducts rounds, mentors staff, sets standards of care, and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include staffing and scheduling, quality assurance, patient-family-centered care, active problem solving, and coordinating care plans with health team members to optimize patient flow and throughput in a hospital setting.
