Job Summary
RN Manager for Emergency Services oversees the ED and Trauma departments, providing leadership to planning, program development, quality management, redesign and re-organization, team development, and operational efficiencies. The role participates as a member of the Leadership Council, promotes collaboration with other hospital departments, and supports Providence Health System's mission. The position is a 1.0 FTE day shift with a sign-on bonus. Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Oregon RN License upon hire, BLS through American Heart Association, and 5 years of supervisory/nurse manager experience; Master’s degree and Emergency Nurse Certification preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Oregon Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 5 years of experience at the supervisory/nurse manager level
