Job Summary
Manage, inform, and implement projects aligning strategic priorities related to value-based care transitions with clinical workflow standardization and optimization. Serve as an organizational-wide nursing practice resource while establishing, training, and evaluating role-based competencies, skills checklists, and recertification plans tied to program needs and quality/safety standards. Maintain clinical nursing knowledge and competency, providing direct patient care to support workflow testing, pilot new clinical initiatives, and create patient access specific to value-based care. Coordinate designated employee health functions with HR and oversee the nursing and medical assistant float pool. Requires BSN, MSN preferred, WA RN license, and BLS. $48.13-$61.27 hourly with comprehensive benefits. Join a team where professional growth is encouraged and supported.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation with BSN from an accredited nursing program
- WA RN license
- BLS
- Experience as an RN in a clinical, ambulatory care setting
- Experience using EMR (preferably EPIC) to support clinical workflows, documentation reporting, and quality improvement
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Fall Prevention Certification or willingness to obtain
