Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
- 2 years of Supervisory experience, including program planning, performance management, staff development and evaluation
- 1 year of Care Management experience
- 3 years of Relevant experience in Social Services, Utilization Review/Quality Management, Case Management
