Job Summary
Oversee daily operations, staffing, and patient flow for the Birth Center and Labor & Delivery unit while ensuring safe, evidence-based care for mothers and newborns. Supervise and mentor nursing staff, manage budgets and resources, and drive quality and patient safety initiatives. Collaborate closely with physicians, midwives, and ancillary teams to deliver exceptional birth experiences and cultivate a culture of compassion, teamwork, and whole-person care. This on-site leadership role supports Adventist Health's mission-driven approach to whole-person care in Kailua.
