RN Manager - Adult Emergency Department - Full Time - Days (7am - 3 pm)

Manage day-to-day clinical operations of the Adult Emergency Department, maintaining nursing practice standards and ensuring safe patient care delivery. Establish quality initiatives that promote a culture of safety, develop performance improvement tools, and resolve patient complaints in accordance with policy. Align behaviors with organizational values while serving as a representative for the nursing body to senior leadership. Effectively manage departmental budget, resources, and fiscal status, and oversee the selection, retention, and performance of the team through coaching and training. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory bodies and mediate with individuals to foster harmonious relations.
