RN Mammography

Serve as a patient navigator throughout the continuum of care at Elmbrook Memorial Hospital. Function as a liaison for management staff, administration, physicians, managed care companies, and community organizations. Coordinate treatment efforts, promote quality improvement, and compile data to track outcomes and recommend process enhancements. Provide referrals and support for follow-up care for patients who are uninsured or underinsured. Requires Wisconsin RN licensure and operates on a day shift part-time schedule.
