Conduct comprehensive preoperative and intraoperative patient care in the Main OR, scrubs for surgeries while assisting the surgical team with instruments and supplies. Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and ensure a sterile environment during highly specialized and minimally invasive procedures. Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to develop individualized care plans, advocate for patient rights, and provide education on medical conditions and post-discharge care. Respond to medical emergencies, participate in code team activities, and adhere to infection control protocols to prevent healthcare-associated infections.
