RN - Main Operating Room - Flex shift

Assess patients and collect health data involving patients, families, and healthcare providers. Coordinate patient plans of care to ensure interventions are consistent, safe, timely, and appropriate. Communicate clearly with all customers in person, on the phone, and in writing. Individualize patient and family teaching based on thorough assessments to meet specific learning needs. Participate in evaluating quality and effectiveness of nursing practice through quality improvement initiatives. Maintain professional knowledge in current nursing practice standards, laws, and regulations. This full-time, 40-hour week includes a flex shift with weekend availability as needed. Previous OR RN experience is preferred.
