RN/LVN - Treatment Nurse

RN/LVN - Treatment Nurse responsible for providing resident care in accordance with standards of practice, physician orders, and center policies. Duties include wound care, narcotic counting, processing pharmacy orders, restraint reduction, documentation of changes in patient conditions, and notifying relevant departments. Performs rounds with physicians and utilizes the Quality Life Manual for patient placement and monitoring. Documents patient moves, LOA, new admits, or discharges and ensures compliance with state, federal, and local guidelines. Requires active LVN/LPN license and BLS/CPR certification; nursing management experience is preferred but not required. Walk-in interviews are encouraged at 1203 US-60, Socorro, NM.
