Job Summary
Provide nursing care to medically-complex pediatric patients in a home-health setting. Perform nursing procedures and coordinate care in collaboration with the clinical supervisor, including health counseling and parental education. The role supports 1:1 nurse-to-patient care across a range of acuities, with flexible day and night shifts and an extern program for new grads or nurses with limited experience. Requires RN or LVN license, CPR, and ability to travel between patient locations; emphasizes compassionate care, assessment planning, and collaboration with other agencies and physician offices.
Required Qualifications
- Valid/Current Nursing License
- Valid/Current CPR Card for Healthcare Workers
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule and fill in when needed
- Self motivator and require little supervision
- Operate an automobile with a current driver's license and current auto insurance
- Be completely mobile to life and transfer a patient from one location to another
