Job Summary
Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and adolescents in their homes according to the active plan of care. Conduct ongoing patient care and assessments while administering prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies. Coordinate care and educate family members on clinical protocols to enhance positive outcomes. Implement preventative initiatives to protect quality of care. Provide 1:1 patient care ratio in client home settings with flexible scheduling including days, nights, and weekends. Full-time and part-time shifts available.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN or LPN/LVN license
- Provide care in a client home setting
- Ability to make a positive and lasting impression
- Work full-time and part-time shifts (days, nights and weekends available)
- Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their home according to the active plan of care, as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel
- Conduct on-going patient care and assessments
- Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
- Coordination of care
- Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes
- Preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patient
