Job Summary
Conduct on-going patient care and assessments for infants, children, and adolescents in home settings, focusing on medical needs and treatment according to the active plan of care. Administer prescribed medications, therapies, and preventative initiatives to protect quality of care. Coordinate care and educate family members on clinical procedures to enhance positive outcomes. Maintain a 1:1 patient care ratio while providing direct, one-on-one medical support. Work full-time or part-time shifts including days, nights, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN or LPN/LVN license
- Provide care in a client home setting
- Ability to make a positive and lasting impression!
- Full-time and part-time shifts (days, nights and weekends available)
- 1:1 patient care ratio
