Provide 1:1 patient care for pediatric and adult clients with complex needs such as g-tubes, tracheostomies, and ventilators within the comfort of their homes. Administer medications, conduct patient assessments, and document progress electronically while communicating with additional care providers. Build meaningful long-term relationships with patients and their loved ones through consistent, quality at-home nursing. Complete in-person training and utilize the dedicated EMR platform for in-depth patient information. Flexible scheduling options include day, evening, and overnight shifts, with availability for weekends, part-time, and PRN roles.
