Job Summary
Provide 1:1 patient care to pediatric and adult individuals with g-tube, trach, and ventilator needs in their homes. Administer medications, document progress electronically, and conduct patient assessments while communicating with additional care providers. Maintain meaningful long-term relationships with patients and families through consistent, quality at-home nursing support. In-person training is provided to ensure competency. Flexible scheduling options include day, evening, overnight, weekend, part-time, and PRN shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing
- Currently licensed in the state(s) in which practicing
- LVN or RN license
- Current CPR certification
Desired Qualifications
- BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification
- Pediatric experience
