Job Summary
The RN (LTC) provides individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process across preventive care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment. Works with residents, families, and an inter-disciplinary team to plan, implement, and evaluate care. May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed/unlicensed personnel as appropriate. Ensures safe, reliable administration of resident care and adherence to nursing practice standards and ethics. BSN preferred; current RN license required; multistate licensure possible in NLC states. Flexible scheduling includes varied shifts, weekends, and on-call opportunities with overtime and shift differentials where applicable.
