RN/LPN Wellness Nurse - Per Diem

Conduct evening and weekend wellness nursing care for Maplewood Senior Living residents, assisting the Resident Services Director with care service implementation and coordination. Supervise Resident Services Department associates including C.N.A.'s, manage the medication program, and support self-administration. Maintain positive relations with residents, families, and physicians while reporting significant incidents to leadership. Assist with resident assessments, clinical recertifications, and staff hiring, training, and performance management. Provide coaching to associates and ensure high customer satisfaction through direct resident support.
