RN/LPN Wellness Nurse - Per Diem

Resident Services Nurse (RN/LPN) per diem responsible for assisting the Resident Services Director with the implementation, delivery, and coordination of Resident Care Services. Responsibilities include supervising Resident Services Department associates (including CNAs), assisting in supervising the medication program and residents’ self-administration of medication, maintaining positive relations with residents, families and physicians, reporting significant incidents, assisting in resident assessments and service plans, supporting hiring and performance management, training and orientation of associates, scheduling and staffing, providing coaching to staff, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction in a resident-care setting. Requires RN or LPN licensure in Massachusetts, experience in assisted living/long-term care, First Aid and CPR certification, and a passion for working with seniors.
