RN/LPN Wellness Nurse - Part Time Overnights

Coordinate Resident Care Services by supervising C.N.A.'s, assisting with medication programs, and managing resident assessments and service plans. Maintain positive relations with residents, families, and physicians while reporting significant incidents to leadership. Support the Resident Services Director with hiring, performance management, and training new associates. Provide coaching to department staff and assist with scheduling Resident Services Assistants. Ensure compliance with state requirements for clinical assessments and recertifications. Maintain high customer satisfaction by supporting residents and families as needed.
