RN/LPN Wellness Nurse - Part Time Overnights

Supervise Resident Services Department associates, including C.N.A.'s, and assist the Resident Services Director with implementing and coordinating care services. Manage the medication program, assist residents with self-administration, and report significant incidents or changes in needs to leadership. Conduct clinical assessments and recertifications per state requirements while supporting hiring, performance management, and training of new staff. Provide coaching to associates and assist with scheduling Resident Services Assistants to ensure high-level customer satisfaction. Maintain positive relations with residents, families, and physicians.
