RN/LPN Wellness Nurse - Part Time Overnights

Supervise Resident Services Department associates, including C.N.A.'s, and assist in supervising the medication program and resident self-administration. Maintain positive relations with residents, families, and physicians while reporting significant incidents or changes in needs to the Executive Director. Assist in completing resident assessments, service plans, and clinical recertifications per state requirements. Support the Resident Services Director with hiring, performance management, training new associates, and scheduling staffing. Provide coaching and mentoring to department associates as needed. This role is part-time evening shifts with weekend availability in Brewster, offering a competitive wage plus overnight stipend.
