RN/LPN Wellness Nurse - Part Time Overnights

Coordinate resident care services by supervising Resident Services Department associates, including C.N.A.'s, and assisting with medication program oversight and resident self-administration. Maintain positive relations with residents, families, and physicians while reporting significant incidents or changes in needs to the Executive Director. Support the Resident Services Director in hiring, performance management, and training new associates, including participation in orientation and scheduled in-service programs. Assist with clinical assessments, recertifications, and scheduling of Resident Services Assistants as needed. This role is part-time with evening shifts and weekend availability, offering a competitive wage of $38 plus an overnight stipend. Located in Brewster, the position is within Maplewood Senior Living's Wellness Resident Care department.
