RN/LPN Wellness Nurse - Part Time Overnights

Supervise Resident Services Department associates, including C.N.A.'s, and assist in supervising the medication program while supporting the Resident Services Director with overall implementation and coordination of care services. Assist with clinical assessments, resident assessments, service plans, and scheduling of Resident Services Assistants as needed. Maintain positive relations with residents, families, and physicians, reporting significant incidents or changes in resident needs to the Executive Director. Provide coaching and mentoring to department associates and participate in orientation and in-service training programs.
