RN/LPN Wellness Nurse - Part Time Overnights

Resident Services Nurse (RN/LPN) responsibilities include supervising Resident Services Department associates (including CNAs), assisting in the supervision of the medication program and residents’ self-administration of medications, maintaining positive relations with residents, families and physicians, reporting incidents/changes in residents’ needs to leadership, assisting with resident assessments and service plans, supporting clinical assessments/recertifications per state requirements, aiding in hiring and performance management within the department, participating in the training and orientation of new associates, attending in-service programs and staff meetings, assisting with scheduling and staffing of Resident Services Assistants, and providing coaching and mentoring to department staff while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Education/Experience/Licensure/Certification required: RN or LPN licensed in MA; experience in assisted living or long-term care; Basic First Aid and CPR; passion for working with seniors.
