RN/LPN Wellness Nurse - Part Time Overnights

The Resident Services Nurse (RN/LPN) provides supervision of the Resident Services Department associates (including CNAs), assists in supervising the medication program and residents' self-administration of medication, maintains positive relations with residents, families, and physicians, and supports the Resident Services Director in hiring, training, and performance management. Additional duties include assisting with resident assessments and service plans, clinical assessments/recertifications per state requirements, coordinating scheduling and staffing for Resident Services Assistants, providing coaching and mentoring to department staff, and ensuring high resident and family satisfaction. Requires active RN or LPN license in Massachusetts, experience in assisted living/long-term care, and CPR/First Aid certification. Part-time evenings with weekend availability in Brewster, MA.
