RN/LPN Wellness Nurse - Part Time Overnights

The Resident Services Nurse (Registered Nurse) is responsible for assisting the Resident Services Director with the overall implementation, delivery, and coordination of Resident Care Services at the Community. Essential duties include supervising Resident Services Department associates (including CNAs), assisting in supervising the medication program and helping residents with self-administration of medication, maintaining positive relations with residents, families and physicians, reporting significant incidents/changes to leadership, assisting with resident assessments and service plans, supporting clinical assessments/recertifications per state requirements, aiding the Resident Services Director in hiring and performance management, participating in orientation and training of new associates, scheduling and staffing Resident Services Assistants, coaching and mentoring staff, supporting residents and families to ensure high levels of satisfaction, and supervising RSA staff during care provision. Education/Experience/Licensure/Certification required: RN or LPN licensed in MA, experience in assisted living/long-term care, Basic First Aid and CPR certification, passion working with seniors.
