RN/LPN Wellness Nurse - Part Time Overnights

The Resident Services Nurse (Registered Nurse) provides nursing oversight for Resident Care Services, supervising CNAs, assisting with medication administration and self-administration support, coordinating resident assessments and service plans, aiding in clinical assessments and state-specific recertifications, supporting the Resident Services Director with hiring and performance management, training and orientation of new associates, and scheduling/staffing of Resident Services Assistants to maintain high resident and family satisfaction in a senior living community. The role emphasizes collaboration with physicians, families, and the Executive/Resident Services Directors to ensure high-quality care and a positive resident experience.
