RN/LPN Wellness Nurse - Part Time Overnights

RN/LPN Wellness Nurse providing resident-care coordination and supervision in a part-time overnight role. Responsibilities include supervising Resident Services Department associates (C.N.A./Resident Services Assistants), assisting with the medication program and residents' self-administration, maintaining positive relations with residents, families and physicians, completing resident assessments and service plans, supporting state-specific assessments/recertifications, aiding in hiring and performance management, training and orientation of new associates, scheduling and staffing, and coaching/mentoring Resident Services staff to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Requires MA-licensed RN or LPN with experience in assisted living or long-term care, basic First Aid and CPR, and a passion for working with seniors.
