RN/LPN Wellness Nurse - Part Time Overnights

Supervise Resident Services Department associates, including C.N.A.'s, and assist the Resident Services Director with implementing and coordinating care services. Manage the medication program, assist residents with self-administration, and support scheduling and staffing of Resident Services Assistants. Maintain positive relations with residents, families, and physicians while reporting significant incidents or changes in resident needs. Assist with resident assessments, service plans, and clinical assessments per state requirements. Provide coaching and mentoring to associates, participate in orientation of new staff, and attend scheduled training programs. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through direct support of residents and families.
