Job Summary
Provide 1 on 1 patient care in accordance with physician care plans, monitoring conditions, charting, and assisting with daily activities. Take and record vitals while offering caregiver relief. Maintain active Illinois nursing licensure and current CPR certification; prior experience with G-tube and trach care is preferred. Work weekends night shifts from 11pm to 7am on Saturdays. Required Qualifications
