RN/LPN Weekend Supervisor

Supervise delivery of medications and treatments while overseeing RN/LPN Charge Nurses, CNAs, and Medication Aids. Complete required admission and routine resident assessments, monitor resident conditions, and respond quickly to changes to ensure safety and continuity of care. Support activities of daily living, maintain clear documentation, and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams and families. Adhere to infection control and safety standards to protect residents and teammates. This role includes weekend shifts with a focus on caring for the caregiver within a faith-based organization.
