Job Summary
Oversee daily clinical operations for your assigned unit, including coaching nursing staff and CNAs, performing clinical assessments, and ensuring accurate documentation. Lead interdisciplinary care plan meetings, coordinate admissions and discharges, and monitor resident conditions while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations. Support infection prevention initiatives and quality improvement programs to ensure survey readiness. Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted North Carolina LPN or RN License
Desired Qualifications
- Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience preferred
- Previous leadership, charge nurse, or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a multidisciplinary team
