Job Summary
RN/LPN UNIT MANAGER responsible for directing day-to-day nursing staffing and supervision of nursing assistants in a long-term care facility, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local standards. Oversees resident care plans, coordinates with other resident services, participates in surveys, and supports staff development.
