RN/LPN Treatment Nurse

Part-time RN/LPN Treatment Nurse on the Transitional Care Unit, alternating weekends 6:00a-2:30p with holiday rotation. Provides and ensures nursing care aligns with standards and residents’ rights, supports plans of care, administers medications and treatments, documents accurately, leads and coordinates care with staff, and participates in resident care conferences. Responsibilities include assessing health status, updating care plans, ensuring adequate staffing, communicating needs to care staff, engaging with physicians and other health facilities, and staying current with nursing skills through ongoing education. May assist with orientation/training of new team members and perform other duties as assigned in alignment with Eventide policies.
