Job Summary
As an RN or LPN at Touchmark on South Hill, provide hands-on nursing care for residents in Assisted Living, mentor and coach care staff, assess health status, and develop individualized care plans. Collaborate with the nursing team to ensure high-quality care, communicate with families, and assist in training Med Techs. Work with the team during tours to promote the benefits of living at Touchmark and contribute to the community’s five-star hospitality and services in a stimulating geriatric environment.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN or LPN license in the state of Washington
- Ability to provide hands-on nursing care for residents in Assisted Living
- Ability to mentor and coordinate care staff and assist in training Med Techs
- Collaborate with nursing team to develop and review individualized service plans
- Work closely with residents and families to communicate health and well-being information
- Team oriented with the nursing team and other departments (sales during tours) to promote care and community benefits
