Job Summary
Supervise delivery medications and treatments while overseeing RN/LPN Charge Nurses, CNAs, and Medication Aids. Complete required admission and routine resident assessments, monitor resident conditions for safety and continuity of care, and support activities of daily living. Maintain clear, timely documentation and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams and families while adhering to infection control and safety standards. Work Mon-Fri 7pm-7pm. As a faith-based organization, we care for the caregiver so they can care for our residents.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN or LPN license in good standing in the state of practice
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
