Job Summary
Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities to ensure residents receive safe, effective, and timely care. Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts, monitor resident conditions, and ensure appropriate interventions are implemented and documented. Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies while communicating effectively with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and family members regarding changes in condition. Assist in managing multiple residents and prioritize care based on clinical urgency, promoting a positive work environment through teamwork and professional leadership. Full-time shifts run 3:00 PM–11:00 PM or 11 PM–7 AM with an hourly range of $38.00–$50.00, including a $4,000 sign-on bonus for new hires.
Required Qualifications
- current, unencumbered active RN license in the state of NJ
- Valid BLS Certification (CPR)
- Minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting
- Ability to manage care for multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with staff, residents, families, visitors, and regulatory agencies
- Strong knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and applicable laws, regulations, and standards in nursing care centers
