Job Summary
Perform patient assessments, monitor conditions, and administer medications safely within your scope of licensure. Collect and document patient data accurately while coordinating care plans with the healthcare team. Provide education on health conditions and medications, assist with admissions and discharges, and maintain complete medical records. Demonstrate infection prevention behaviors, report condition changes, and support unit workflow and staffing needs. Work Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm.
Required Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse license issued by the Mississippi Board of Nursing
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse license issued by the Mississippi Board of Nursing
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in written and verbal English
- CPR certification
- CPR or ACLS
