RN / LPN Restorative Nurse / Part time

Job Summary
Implement and oversee the facility's Restorative Nursing Program in accordance with NHC policies and state and federal regulations. Develop, monitor, and update individualized restorative nursing plans while coordinating care with nursing, therapy, dietary, and interdisciplinary team members. Educate partners assisting with services and maintain accurate documentation of patient participation and progress. Assist with fall assessments, investigations, interventions, and follow-up, including reviewing fall trends to develop prevention strategies. Recommend equipment and supplies needed for restorative and fall-prevention programs covering range of motion, activities of daily living, and pressure injury prevention. Current Tennessee RN or LPN license required; long-term care or fall-prevention experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Current Tennessee RN or LPN license in good standing
- Knowledge of restorative nursing practices and long-term care regulations
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
Desired Qualifications
- Long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, restorative nursing, or fall-prevention experience preferred
