Job Summary
RN/LPN for part-time night shift in a skilled nursing setting. Responsible for medication supervision/administration in compliance with Federal & State regulations and facility guidelines; may conduct admissions assessments and documentation; complete acute and long-term care/service plans; track clinical data (e.g., wounds, infection control) under Nursing Director guidance; manage discharges and clinical documentation; provide health-related consultation, notify physicians/families of changes, respond to emergencies, maintain resident confidentiality, contribute to Safety & Disaster plans, and provide educational sessions for residents and staff; requires an Associate’s degree or equivalent and an active RN/LPN license with CPR certification; 1+ years experience in skilled/sub-acute/memory care; English proficiency; willingness to participate in comprehensive benefits and vaccinated per policy.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a current Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse license in the practicing state
- CPR certification
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent from a two-year college/technical school or two years related experience/training
- 1+ years of experience in skilled, sub-acute, or memory care setting
- English fluency to perform job duties (read, write, speak, and communicate)
- Ability to work as part of a team and handle multiple tasks safely and effectively
