Job Summary
RN/LPN on PRN night shift providing care to clients: administer medications and treatments per protocol, take vitals and assessments, assist with admissions/discharges, document observations, maintain a safe environment, HIPAA/compliance, collaborate with medical team and pharmacy, participate in trainings, and perform duties as assigned; licensure in TN required.
Required Qualifications
- Current unrestricted licensure in TN as an RN/LPN
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret policies and directions
- Ability to work with chemically dependent and individuals in psychiatric care in a non-judgmental, compassionate fashion
- Demonstrated ability to establish effective working relationships with other staff as well as with referral sources
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions from a wide variety of data and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
- Experience working with people in recovery and/or in mental health treatment a plus
